Accomplish what matters most
Short talk by: Gabrielle Girau Pieck
You want to make time for things that are important but not urgent; however, when time comes, your attention is pulled in 4 or 100 different directions: emails, messages, requests. Can you relate?
In this talk, we’ll explore the most fundamental time-management strategy: Attention Training. Through a short meditation and practical reflection, we’ll experience how meditation can help us step out of reactivity and return to what matters most.
You’ll leave with a simple practice and identify one important thing in your business or life that has been asking for space, before the urgent takes over.
Gabrielle Girau Pieck is a Jewish theologian and experienced meditation and yoga teacher, bringing contemplative practices into everyday and professional life.

Every meetup is a combination of knowledge exchange and free networking. We share stories, exchange ideas and learn from each other, all in a safe, inspiring environment that reminds you: you’re not alone on this journey.
We start the meetup with a short talk by one of our wonderful members and then continue with open networking and creating real connection.
