April Meet-up

“Worst Idea ever!”

DATE: Friday, April 24, 2026

This time, we did something a little different!

Instead of a short opening talk, we dedicated the session to finding solutions for our business challenges.

Our group is made up of talented and professional women, and this meeting was an opportunity for each of them to receive focused support for their own business.

Maya Raz gave a presentation about “The Worst Idea Ever” methodology for finding creative solutions to complex problems. After that, we worked in groups of 4 and deep dived into using the tool to find solutions to different business problems the members have.

It was a meetup full of inspiration, collaboration and new connections!

Maya is “The Community" founder and her company Team.Zone is creating unique experiences for multicultural teams, who want to tackle their challenges outside of the office.

January Meet-up

Vision Board Workshop

DATE: Thursday, January 15th, 2026

We started 2026 together with a boost of energy, a kick of focus and learned how to create a vision board that will help us manifest our dreams.

During this workshop we:

  • Talked about what goes on a vision board, how to phrase it and place it.

  • Played and got creative using different materials.

  • Let go of ideas about perfection and just felt free to create - for ourselves.

  • Cut, glued, painted and got dirty!

  • Got inspired and visualized our business and personal vision for the new year.

This workshop was led by Maya Raz the founder of “The Community” and the owner of “Team.Zone” who specializes in unique experiences for multicultural teams. www.Team-Zone.ch
